I created this section because a massage website should do more than tell people to “book now.” If you are considering a treatment, you should be able to understand what the session involves, what to wear, how pressure is adjusted, and where massage fits — and does not fit — within a sensible wellness routine.
The guides below are based on the practical questions people ask me about Thai Yoga Massage, table massage, mobility, relaxation and getting older. They are written in plain language for clients in Trinidad and anyone researching these styles before booking.

Why useful information matters to me
Thai Yoga Massage is still unfamiliar to many people. Some imagine it is the same as a regular oil massage; others assume they need to be flexible or know yoga. Neither is true. Clear information helps people make a better decision before they spend money or book time.
I would rather explain what I do, what I do not do, and how a session can be adjusted than rely on vague claims. This journal will continue to grow with practical articles based on real questions I hear from clients.
