Table and Thai Massage offers two main ways to receive bodywork: traditional mat-based Thai Yoga Massage and treatments performed on a professional massage table. I adjust pace, pressure and positioning to the individual rather than expecting every client to fit the same routine.
Thai Yoga Massage
Performed fully clothed on a padded mat with no oil. Thai Yoga Massage combines assisted stretching, rhythmic compression and acupressure-style work. You do not need to know yoga or be flexible.

Holistic Table Massage
Table sessions may use hands, forearms, thumbs and elbows, with pressure adjusted to your preference. Depending on what you want from the session, I can emphasize relaxation, firmer focused work, heat, scalp work, pressure-point techniques or Thai-inspired movement.
Swedish-Style Relaxation
Flowing, unhurried table massage for clients who mainly want to relax.
Deep Tissue Massage
Slower, more focused work with firm pressure adjusted to your comfort.
Hot Stone Massage
Warmed basalt stones blended with soothing table massage.
Indian Head Massage
Focused work for the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.
Shiatsu Table Massage
Pressure-point and compression techniques adapted to a massage table.
Thai Table Massage
Thai-inspired compression and assisted movement without a floor-mat setup.
Which treatment should I choose?
Adults 50+ and mobility
I work with many mature adults, so I pay attention to how easy it is to get into position, how much stretch feels comfortable and whether a mat or table makes more sense. The aim is not to force flexibility. Read my guide to staying mobile after 50.
